1. General Policy

By using WOSH Laundry services, you agree to the terms listed below. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service possible, but we require cooperation from our customers regarding these guidelines.

2. Pickup & Delivery

We strive to adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are possible. We will always communicate any changes promptly. Customers must ensure someone is available at the location during the scheduled window.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

We exercise utmost care with your garments, using industry-standard cleaning methods. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our liability is strictly limited to 5 times the cleaning cost of the specific item, capped at a maximum of Ksh 3,000 per item. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or color bleeding of non-colorfast items.

4. Payment

Payment is due strictly upon delivery or before. We accept MPESA and Cash. Unpaid items may be held until payment is cleared. Orders left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated to charity.
